Our logo

Here is the finished logo.  I have put together the ideas from each of the group drawings we made during our workshop in U.K.  Common images were drawn of bridges (maybe partly inspired by our trips over the lovley bridges on the River Tyne) but also reflecting the groups aims of building bridges between cultures, our collective learning and our organisations.  Other popular images drawn were of people singing, acting and telling stories and of seas & rivers flowing & a shining sun.  I have tried to combine these images into a river of words, over a sea of ideas flowing outwards, waves of communication between us all.   The 5 spiral shapes represent our 5 partner states. Finally our Belgian friend Bart suggested that his experiences had made him think of the colour gold - hence the shades of gold and yellow used in the final design.  I do hope you all think it is a fitting image for our project.  I will email it to all partners to use in any documents relating the the project.

What a fantastico mobility to Italy.  Many heartfelt thanks to our wonderful Italian hosts for sharing with us 'The Song of the Wood'. Amo Italia!!
